• Financial management and strategic financial planning including business plan preparation, financial modeling and presentations to lenders and investors
• Review, document and implement policies & procedures and internal controls that result in timely and accurate reporting of financial and non-financial information.
• Comprehensive financial statement (balance sheet, income statement & cash flow) reporting packages, including, historical financial statements, budget to actual and forecast to actual analyses.
• Accounting for complex debt and equity transactions including, FAS 123R option equity accounting, accounting for warrants, etc.
• Audit planning, preparation and management
• Coordinate the integration of financial systems and information with enterprise data base and/or other management information systems
